Victoria eventually founded Lovelight City with the help of the Justice Family. Behind the scene, Victoria influnces the events of Lovelight city both directly and indirectly. She has meddled in the criminal underground's activities as well as the political system of the city. She also has an Occult following, ready to commit strange rituals on her behalf. Victoria remained in the shadows until the rise of heroine activity in Lovelight City. When the Gem Warriors Venus Star and Neptune Moon appeared, Victoria' interested was peaked as these two would prove to be potential prey for the vampiress. Powers Super strength: Being a high level vampire, Victoria possesses physical strength on par with beings like Venus Star, roughly 40 tons, and can increase depending on blood intake. Physical resistance: Victoria is extremely resistant and can resist attacks of extreme force. Healing factor: She can heal from most wounds inflicted on her. Agility/Enhanced reflexes: Victoria moves with supernatural grace and speed. Heightened Senses: She can detect heartbeats, scents, and even emotional auras within a wide radius. Her night vision is near-perfect. Hypnosis/Seduction: Through eye contact or her voice, Victoria can influence the minds of mortals, bending them to her will or lulling them into a trance. Power boost: Feeding on blood increases her power level. In addition feeding on mystical beings, such as the Gem Warriors (Venus Star, Neptune Moon, etc) sometimes grant her fragments of their powers, temporally Flight: Victoria can grow wings to fly.
