Being the younger sister of Maiden USA, Tracy could not help wanting to follow in her footsteps. Her sister had founded the All-Winner's Society, and Tracy wanted to become a part of that life. She told her sister that she wanted to fight the war the Nazis had started and that if her sister didn't help her do it, she would find her own way.
Maiden USA, preferring to keep her sister close to her, decided to train her herself. If Tracy was going to be stubborn about her decision, then she would make sure the young girl would be up to the task.
After some extensive training in various fighting styles, Maiden USA deemed her sister sufficiently ready to join her as her sidekick.
At first, Tracy was primarily taken on reconnaissance missions, but after her first physical encounter with the enemy, she proved herself worthy and became a regular on offensive operations.
On one of these missions, however, Maiden USA was caught in an explosion and was believed to have been killed, but her body could not be found. Unknown to all, she had been sent forward in time.
Tracy went into a deep depression and found comfort in the arms of one of her teammates, Texas two Gunn, the only person on the team close to her age.
With time, they fell in love, were married and had children. She and Texas eventually retired from the AWS to focus on their family.
Martial arts: Over the years, Tracy became an expert in many forms of martial arts.
Weaknesses: Tracy has no special powers. She is a normal human trying to do extraordinary things.
Paraphernalia: She carries 2 small Frisbee-like discs at her hip that she can throw with great accuracy. They are razor sharp and quite lethal in her hands.
